What is the proper posture for jogging?

I keep experiencing a stitch while jogging. Is this anything to do with posture?

I am not an expert on running but have been involved with a method of running (POSE RUNNING TECHNIQUE) I have attached below their recommendations for improving your running technique.

1. S-like body position with slightly bent knees
2. Forward lean from the ankles to employ gravity and work with it not against it
3. Pulling or lifting feet up under the hip not behind the buttocks
4. Ball of foot landing under your body (your GCM - general center of mass)

WHAT CAN IT DO?
Pose Running technique will dramatically change your entire perception of running. It makes running easier and better.
Reduce impact on knees by 50% (Scientifically proven)
Dramatically improve training and racing performance
Give you a competitive edge
Help prevent injuries
Help you loose orthotics for good
Help you enjoy your running for the rest of your life!

By improving your technique and posture you will find that the stitches you are experiencing will start to disappear.

The stitch can be caused by irregular or laboured breathing (which often happens when we find running quite difficult). The irregularity in the action of the diaphram pulls on ligaments of other organs, causing a 'stitch'. In this instance, focus on even rhythmic breathing and don't bend over to catch your breath (ie good posture). The stitch can also occur if running to soon after food (time to wait varies for everyone), and stitch can also occur if there is heaviness in the intestine, perhaps after an earlier heavy meal.
