Is it true that it is bad to eat after 6.00pm?

This is not true. The reason it does work though, is because it helps to really cut down your Calorie intake. What is true is that if you want to lose weight then you really do have to make a major effort to reduce your Calories. For many people this means really cutting down on evening snacks. This is especially true for people who spend their entire evening in front of the TV eating and drinking. If this sounds like you, then you will also need to plan some evening activities so you do not think about food. This could be doing some household chores, going for a walk, writing a letter or reading.

As a general guide, aim to eat nothing further after your evening meal. People with diabetes who are on medication or on insulin may need a small evening supper to help manage their blood sugar levels and should check with their diabetes service.

Heres my tip eat 2-3 hours before you plan to go to bed. Eat meat and veges for dinner, no carbs at all unless you are planning to train early morning.
