Can you suggest a healthy chocolate cake recipe?

I made exactly this in Masterclass - Chocolate and Walnut Cake. A healthy birthday cake. It’s made with walnuts, Dutch cocoa powder and maple syrup. I have used half spelt flour and half walnuts on the show but it’s even nicer if you leave out the flour and use only the walnuts.
