In Masterclass, the olive oil is in a container, which sprays the oil onto the frying pan.

Where can I purchase one of these? It would be more economical than purchasing aerosol cans all the time.

They definitely keep you honest when it comes to olive oil quantities. I’m as guilty - if not more so - than everyone else when it comes to this. Three short sprays is approximately one tsp and 15 Calories, so yes, use them. We got this glass pump especially for the Biggest Loser kitchen from our Scanpan suppliers; it’s a new product of theirs.

I buy coles home brand olive oil spray and they may not be lik the ones in The Biggest Loser but definitely works well

I've been looking everywhere for the same spray bottle Janella uses (from Scanpan suppliers) but I can't find one anywhere - has anyone seen them? If so, where?

just google olive oil spray bottles, there a few around that work better than cheap versions.

You can buy glass oil sprayers from woolworths as well. Mine works ok but wouldn't be as fancy as the scanpan one.
