Interesting, healthy, on the run breakfast?

My husband leaves for work very early and often struggles with breakfast. We'd love some ideas for breakfast that could be highly nutritious but can be packed the night before or even prepared in advance and frozen?

I think a breakfast smoothie is a great idea, especially when time is an issue. You can make it the night before and put it in a flask, and then all he has to do is give it a shake before he drinks it. Use a product called ‘Breakfast Booster’ by Melrose Foods. It has just about everything you need in it - like flax meal, licorice root, psyllium husks, spirulina, and loads more. Put about one tbls in a blender with some frozen berries or any other fruit he likes and some apple or pear juice or milk (I like to use rice milk). For a sweetener, use honey or agave syrup. Or how about making some wraps from Mountain bread and filling them with an omelette, ham and mushies or just the omelette with avocado and rocket?
